Bud and Bernie Koupal of Dante, and Randy and Lisa Weier of Tyndall are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children Kimberly Koupal and Scott Van Winkle. Kimberly graduated from Wagner Community School in 2014 and is currently attending South Dakota State University. She will graduate in 2019 with an Elementary Education degree. Scott graduated from Bon Homme High School in 2014 and from South Dakota State University in 2018 with an Ag Science degree. He is currently engaged in farming. The couple is planning an October 20, 2018 wedding at St John’s Catholic Church, Wagner.
