Jayne M. Crisman, a 2010 Wagner Community School graduate, was promoted to the rank of Major in the United States Air Force on July 31st at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. Jayne began her military career by participating in Air Force ROTC at South Dakota State University and then was commissioned as a 2nd Lt. upon her graduation from college in 2014. She had been stationed in Alaska and Germany prior to her present assignment in Florida. Major Crisman is a member of American Legion Greer Post #11 in Wagner.

Present at the ceremony to pin her new rank insignia was her sister, Miranda Paulson, and her father, John Crisman. Congratulations Jayne on your promotion and for making your family and hometown community very proud.
