The Christian Temperance Union of South Dakota will hold it's annual meeting on Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Lighthouse Fellowship Church located at: 660 N Van't Haaff in Corsica. The meetings will begin with registration at 9:30 a.m., and a time of coffee fellowship. The day will include special speakers, singing, and a business meeting with a potluck fellowship dinner at noon. The meeting will wrap up in the afternoon and have folks on their way home by 2 p.m. The public is invited to come and attend all or part of the day. South Dakota's Christian Temperance Union began over 140 years ago as the Woman's Christian Temperance Union. Today both men and women are members of the CTU of South Dakota. Please come and enjoy a day of good Christian fellowship with fellow brothers and sisters who believe "Alcohol free is the way to be."
