Every holiday season the cheerleaders love to spread cheer throughout the whole school. The girls are able to spread cheer by selling candy grams. They have done this for the past eight years.

The candy grams are sold for $1. The students and staff can purchase candy grams and have them sent to a friend, classmate, teacher, or whomever they wish to send it to within the school.

The candy grams were delivered by Santa (Kley Heumiller) and his little elf (Jaden Stahl). Aside from holiday cheer, the cheerleaders use this fun activity as a fundraiser to attend camps and purchase supplies. Coach Becky Haenfler added, “It’s nice to see our students of all ages sending candy grams to each other and spreading Christmas cheer! They really get into the spirit of the season! Also, our cheerleaders and high school helpers have so much fun delivering the candy grams right before Christmas break!”
