The Bon Homme Avon wrestlers traveled to Gregory for the Burke/Gregory Invitational. Up to this point they have been wrestling well and training hard which is good to see. In this tournament they allowed unattached wrestlers so we had twenty kids competing on the day. Going in I was looking for them to go out compete and wrestle hard from the beginning of the tournament to the end. These tournaments are long and are a grind at times so it is hard to stay focused but they responded well. At the end of the day they earned themselves a team Championship and should be proud of the way they wrestled as a team.
