Bon Homme County Izaak Walton League Chapter Member Nolan Johnson (left) is presented the Judge John W Tobin Chapter Volunteer Award from BH Co IWLA Chapter President Randy Milne (right). Nolan has been a member of the Chapter for 35 years. Nolan is the treasurer for the Chapter. His dedication to the Chapter speaks to both his strength and quality of character.
