The demand for blood surges during the summer months, fueled by increased accidents, surgeries, and medical emergencies. This June, LifeServe is inviting community members to make a difference at home in the heart of America. LifeServe Blood Center held a blood drive in Avon Tuesday, May 28, and had a GREAT turnout! 19 donors registered to donate and 19 units of life saving blood were collected! Thank you to every donor who participated in the drive and helped to boost the LOCAL blood supply! The units donated at the blood drive can help save up to 57 lives!
