Lucille and Josephine Schloss of Avon proudly announce the birth of their sister, Frances Julia, on June 8th, 2023. Frances weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and measures 19 3/4 inches long. Parents are Brooke and Chris. Grandparents are Ron and Carol Swier of Avon and Barry and Sandy Schloss of Yankton.
