In June the Bargain Shoppe gave $1,000. to the Bon Homme 4-H. In July the Bon Homme 4-2 Snack Pack Program (3 schools) received $3,000 and Avon & Scotland Snack Pack/Backpack Programs received $2,000 each.

In August we gave to all the elementary teachers. Bon Homme 4-2 (3 towns & 2 colonies) received $2,950. The elementary schools in Avon and Scotland received $600 each.

In September we gave $2,000. to the Tyndall Library & $1,000. each to the Avon, Scotland, Springfield and Tabor libraries.

The Bargain Shoppe is a non-profit thrift store run totally by volunteers. The volunteers logged 362 hours in August to keep the Shoppe running. We were open for business 48 hours. The store hoursareWednesday's10-4,Thursday's3-6andthesecondSaturday of each month 9-12. Donations of gently used, clean items can be dropped off during business hours only. Volunteers are needed to help transport items the Shoppe cannot use to other sources that haverecyclingability.Pleaseconsiderhelpingthisorganizationthat has helped so many other organizations in Bon Homme County.
