The Avon School Open House is scheduled August 17, 2021, for preschool through 5th grade students. To allow teachers an opportunity to interact with families and students on a more personal level during the open house, we are scheduling families into the building by last name. If there are combined families, we certainly understand the need for convenience and to eliminate several trips into the building. Therefore, such families are encouraged to select a session that fits the last name of one of the families within your household and have all students within the household attend that session.

Each session is limited to 15 minutes. While this is not a long time, it should allow the opportunity for students to meet their classroom teacher and bring in their school supplies. Please follow the time limits. Families will be entering through the southwest main entrance and exit from the northwest doors.

Orientation meetings are scheduled for students in

Mandatory meeting for parents and students in grade 5-12 who will be participating in athletics/activities on Thursday, August 12, at 7:30 pm. Student participants and at least one parent should attend the meeting.
