Cade Faulkner, son of Misty and Marshall Faulkner, joined the Pirate family following the holiday break.

As a junior, he made the transition to Avon from Lake Andes because of a desire to play quarterback on our football team. He may be new to our school, but he did find a familiar face. His favorite subject in school is English III with Mrs. Melissa Storley who was his English teacher in Lake Andes his freshman year. He also likes weight lifting with Tim Leibel.

Other than sports, Cade likes to hunt during his free time.
