The Avon Pirates continue to go unbeaten as they notched another win under their season defeating #1 ranked Gayville-Volin in a close 36-32 game Friday afternoon in Gayville.

For the Pirates, Brady Bierema ran the ball 20 times for 141 yards, while Jaden Stahl added 79 yards on 13 carries.

Lincoln Thury led Avon on defense with 10 tackles, followed by Bierema adding 8 tackles in the win.
