We started out our season with the Colome Cowboys on Thursday night, August 17th. We had a nice balanced running attack with our entire backfield of Paxton Bierema at QB(quarterback), Noah Watchhorn at FB(fullback), and Tyler Tjeerdsma and Landon Mudder at RB(runningbacks). Our offensive line also did a nice job blocking and our Tight Ends (Landon Thury, Trace Pelton) caught some nice passes. Defensively our D-Line did a great job Thursday night which helped our defense hold our opponents to 12 points. Our special teams had its first kick return returned for a touchdown on the first play of the game by Paxton Bierema. Overall it was a great team win of 42- 12, and we hope to keep getting better and working hard week to week. Our next game is August 25th in Burke against the Burke Cougars.
