Avon had two wrestlers out of seven from the Bon Homme/Avon wrestling team that competed in the state wrestling tournament this 2023-2024 season, Tyler Tjeerdsma and Randall Powers. Tjeerdsma ended his senior season placing 6th at the state wrestling tournament. While Powers did not place at the state wrestling tournament, he garnered some very good experience that will help him in future wrestling seasons. Congratulations Tyler and Randall on a great season.
