Wagner FFA members greeted area veterans as they entered Wagner School a special Veterans Day program Thursday, November 11.

Olivia Breen opened the program welcoming all in attendance and recognized the Veterans with Roll Call. Don Kotab gave the invocation, followed by the All State Quartets singing of the National Anthem.

Cruise Koupal read the 6th grade Patriots Pen, and Ashtyn Bruguier and Dashel Smejkal, the 7th grade Voice of Democracy. Voice of Democracy essay readings were given by Alcista Dion and Kathryn Doom

Musical tributes “We Honor You” and “Battle Hymn of the Republic were sung by the WCS Chorus and 5th-8th grade chorus. Double taps was played at the closing by Michael Wilbur and Payton Petry.

The Honor Guard also took part in the program with the presentation and retiring of the colors.
