PSALM 19; 7-11

7-" The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

8- The statutes of the Lord are right,rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. ( opens the eyes to evil and shows the way away from it. )

9- The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgements of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.

10-More to be desired are they than gold. yea, than much fine gold: sweeter than honey and the honeycomb.

11-Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping them is great reward."(KJV)

Going over them again:verse 7--The Law of the Lord--Is the true Word of God--which is declared in this verse--perfect. understanding and believing in God's Word converts the soul from wickedness to righteousness. The testimony of the Lord is sure--Jesus tells of His being the Son of God--making unbe-lievers--believers.Verse8- The statutes of the Lord are right, The teaching and guidance of the Lord is--always right. Following them will bring joy to the heart. the commandment of the Lord is-pure- Love the Lord, Love your neighbor-- this will enlighten the eyes--will open the eyes to evil and shows the way away from it. Verse 9- The fear of the Lord is-clean, and will, and will last forever. The judgements of the Lord are-true-He makes no mistakes regarding the judgements- that He places on folks and therefore they are righteous. verse 10- Knowing all these mentioned things, they should be desired--by christians more than the most precious metal on earth--fine Gold--and participating in God's Word is to Christians--sweeter than honey and the honeycomb. verse 11-Morover the Bible warns of all evil things against God and tells us that in keeping His commandments and stauttes and converting from wickedness to righteousness is--great reward--eternal salvation in heaven with Jesus forever.
