NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION OF DRAINAGE

Notice is hereby given that the applicant whose name is set forth below filed application for drainage in the Office of the Charles Mix County Auditor, Lake Andes, SD. The name of the said applicant and the description of the land, which the applicant desires to use as drainage into the blue line creeks, are as follows:

Protest, if there be, against the drainage of the above application will be heard at the hour of 10:00 am on the 21st day of May, 2020 before the Charles Mix County Drainage/Commissioner Board in the Commissioners room of the Charles Mix County Courthouse.
