Andes Central/ Dakota Christian's season came to an end after they left it all on the court against Ethan and fell short by only three points with a final score of 59-62 at the buzzer.

Josie Brouwer led the score board with an impressive 22 points and pulled down 9 rebounds; Mahpiya Irving scored 15 points; Halle Olson had 9 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals; Nadia VanZuidan had 6 points and 8 rebounds.

The team was 41% from the field with 24 of 58, 38% from the charity stripe with 3 of 8.

As a team they had 31 total rebounds and gave up 18 turnovers.

Coach Kroese wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to students and fan base of AC/ DC. Thank you for showing up to games and following us throughout the season. Students- you dressed, you stood, and you cheered the entire game and we felt your love and support. Team spirit was shown in that gym! Fans- we recognize that it is easy to turn on the livestream and watch from the comfort of your couch, but thank you for packing the stands and showing our young athletes that amazing environment. It was so loud! Players- my girls- I could not be any more proud of you. Watching you give everything you had is all a coach can ask for. I can’t put into words how proud I am to be your coach.
