The Wagner, SD AARP 962 meeting was held June 18 at 12:30 p.m., in the Park View Villa dining room. Meeting was opened with President Jane presiding and leading us all in saying the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

Old business: April 16, 2019 minutes by Secretary Dona were read. Some of the AARP ladies traveled to Orange City, Iowa May 16th for the Tulips Festival. It was enjoyed by all. Treasurer report was given by Treasurer Janis. Jo Ellen sent out birthday cards to two people. Motion to approve minute was made by Roy and seconded by Mary Ann.

New business: We talked about those who may be in need of “in home” services. The main office of the Department of Social Services is in Yankton, to get in contact with for help. We talked about wheelchair repair. Lake Andes Health Care Bingo will be Friday, July 12 at 2 p.m. President Jane closed the meeting. Motion was made by Roy and seconded by Jo Ellen.
