Pictured is Rachel Woods of Wagner with her amazing group of Dakota Resources Fellows at their Graduation at the Dakota Resources Gala which was held in Spearfish on Saturday, October 19th. Rachel completed her three year program with Dakota Resources which is an organization to help entrepreneurs in rural communities in South Dakota. Ruth Bouza of Wagner was also among those that graduated but was not present.
