WEBINAR TO BE HELD FOR CHRONIC DISEASE AWARENESS DAY

SDSU Extension will host the 'Living Your Best Life with Chronic Disease' webinar and gatherings on July 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CDT/9:00 a.m. MT, for Chronic Disease Awareness Day.

This inspiring virtual event is designed to uplift, educate, and empower. Whether you are living with a chronic condition yourself, caring for a loved one, or seeking ways to promote health and resilience in your community, this event is for you. During the event, participants will explore strategies to:

• Manage chronic conditions with greater confidence

• Support friends, family members, and community members living with chronic illness

• Build resilience and maintain a positive outlook

• Foster long-term wellness and improved quality of life Participants also hear from Becky Blue, an author and registered nurse. Everyone who attends the watch-party style gatherings will have a chance to win a copy of Becky Blue’s award-winning book, Turning: The Magic and Mystery of More Days. Becky’s story of her own aging adventure and challenge to readers to react differently to each birthday and getting older.
