Private funeral services for Marjorie Hall, were held. Burial was in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner. A public Celebration of Marjorie’s Life was held Wednesday, April 27 at the Wagner Theatre banquet room. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Marjorie Ann Hall was born August 28, 1937 in Wagner, the daughter of William and Gertrude (Stoffer) Hoffman. She was the youngest of ten children. She died Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner.

Marjorie graduated from Wagner High School in 1955 and from the Northwest Institute of Medical Technology in 1957.

Marjorie was united in marriage to Dale Eldon Hall on May 28, 1958 in Springfield. She worked for the Honke/Brookman Clinic for two years and for the IHS in Wagner for 30 years, retiring there in 1997.

Marjorie served on the Wagner Ambulance for over 25 years. She was also honored to be chosen as Citizen of the Year for 1990-91 by the Wagner Community Club.

Marjorie will be remembered for her love for her grandkids, going to rodeos, riding her bike and camping.

Thankful for having shared her life are her three daughters: Julie (Dan) Shultis of Tea, Jan (Mike) Kokesh of Wagner and Jody McLaughlin of Sioux Falls; s grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Dale on October 1, 1996; granddaughters: Rachel and Becky Kokesh; brothers: Ward, Wayne, Clifford, Robert and Dick; and sisters: Helen, Maxine, Irene and Betty.
