EVELYN DVORAK

Evelyn Dvorak (Hawley) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 16 at Mount Saint Francis Nursing Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Evelyn Dvorak was born October 18,1934 and raised on a farm near Ravinia along with two brothers: Robert (deceased) and Richard (Darlene). Evelyn graduated from Ravinia High School in 1952. Evelyn married Donald from Armour in 1955, and they were married for 67 years. Donald and Evelyn moved to Colorado Springs in 1957.

Evelyn’s children are Donney (Chris), Michael (Barb), James, Corrine, and Tina (Ken). Two sons Michael and James preceded her in death.

Evelyn and Donald have nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Evelyn was a food service worker for School District's 11 and 12. She was also the assistant manager at La Cresta Mobile Home Park in Colorado Springs.

Evelyn was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She always tried her best to offer support, encouragement, care, and compassion to all of her children and grandchildren.

Evelyn and Donald attended the Central United Methodist Church in Colorado Springs. A memorial service for Evelyn will be held on November 15 at 11 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 4373 Galley Rd., Colorado Springs, CO.
