The Elite scored one run in the first when Sidney Johnson walked, stole second, and then scored on a series of wild pitches. In the second, the Elite scored three runs on a two out rally. Lydia Lane started with a walk. Sydney and Harper reached on errors. Ashley Soukup andWhitleyWolfreachedon an error and walked scoring one. Charlie Paulsen and Whitley followed with singles each scoring a run. In the 3rd Ashley reached on another error and advanced to 3rd where she was driven in on a groundout by Charli. In the 4th, the Elite scored two more on a couple of hits bySydneyandMacyHaynes. The Elite ended up adding 5 more in the fifth on a series of walks and errors. Harper Kracht went the distance, striking out 6 in four innings of work.
