On the third and final day of the tournament Wagner would first face West Central. The bats came to life in this one as every single player collected at least one hit and all but one player scored a run, leading Wagner to a 11-9 win.

Read moreThe second day of the tournament matched us up with the other undefeated team from day one, Dakota Valley. Make no mistake about it, Dakota Valley is one of the better teams in the state, but we came into this game unfocused, perhaps content with the fact that we had our tickets to the state tournament already in hand. Too many physical and mental errors were made in this one, something you just can’t do if you’re going to have a chance against a team of this caliber. Wagner would go down in defeat by a score of 10-0.
