The Wagner Hospital Auxiliary held their monthly meeting on January 22, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. with eleven members present. President Pearl W. called the meeting to order and members read the Auxiliary prayer. Minutes of the October meeting were read. Motion to approve the minutes was made by JoAnn W., seconded by Jeanette D., motion carried. Treasurer’s report was given with the deposits and bills paid since the last meeting. Virginia P. gave a report on cards sent out since last meeting and presented a bill for stamps. Marlene S. gave a report on the blood drive held November 25, 2019. There were 29 donors with 31 life saving units given that will save up to 93 lives. The next blood drive will be January 27, 2020 at the Wagner Fire Hall. The hospital had made suggestions for things for the auxiliary to help purchase with money from the quilt raffle. Motion was made by Marlene St., to give $1,600 toward the purchase of a baby warmer, seconded by Margie S., motion carried. Barb Johannesen was the winner of the quilt for 2019. A thank you received from Barb was read. The next meeting will be held February 26, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. and Pearl W., will serve refreshments. There being no further business, motion to adjourn the meeting was made by JoAnn W., seconded by Joan H., motion carried. Refreshments were served by Margie S.
