The Wagner Community Hospital Auxiliary held their monthly meeting on October 24, 2018 at 1:30 pm with 12 members present. President Pearl W. called the meeting to order with members reading the Auxiliary Prayer.

The minutes of the September meeting were read and approved as read.

The Treasurer’s report was given with the deposit amounts from dues and raffle tickets. Treasurer’s report was approved as given.

There was no report on cards sent during the last month.

A bill was presented by JoAnn W. for material for quilt. Motion was made by Marlene S. to reimburse JoAnn W. and motion was approved.

Will discuss the selling of raffle tickets for next year at a later meeting.

Reminder to all members that have raffle tickets and money to please get them turned in at the Auxiliary booth at the Craft Fair on November 10, 2018 at the Wagner school. We will be having a bake sale as other years, so anyone wishing to donate items should have them at the school by 9:00 am or shortly after. The Craft Fair runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The following will be working in the booth at given times: 9 am to 12 Noon – Pearl W., Jeanette D., Marlene S., and Jeanette F.; 12 Noon to 4:00 pm – Juanita S., JoAnn H., and Susan F.

Also, another reminder of the Hospital Christmas Party on December 7, 2018 at the Wagner Movie Theater with Social Hour at 6:00 pm and dinner at 7:00. Please RSVP by calling (605) 384-7312 (leave message) by November 23, 2018. This invitation is for all Auxiliary members.

We will not have a meeting in November or December, therefore the next meeting will be January 23, 2019 at 1:30 pm and Juanita S. will serve refreshments.
