The JV team lost in another nail biter 34-31. Clarah Soukup led all scorers with 14 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals. TyShay Medicine Bear added 5 point, 5 rebounds. Peytyn Wiechmann added 4 points 3 boards, and 3 steals. Valencia Big Bear finished with 3 points while Olivia Podzimek added 2. “We are giving ourselves a chance every game. We lead nearly 80% of this game and just couldn’t finish. We had 20 turnovers and were 6-16 from the charity stripe so we are there just need to take advantage of what is given to us and then do a better job of taking care of the ball.”

The C team cruised to a 33-17 victory. Raeyon Fool Bull finished with a game high 15 points. Teagan Langdeaux added 6 while Valencia Big Bear finished with 5. Shania Perdue and Aryonni Picotte each finished with 4 points apiece. “We did a lot of great things both offensively and defensively this game. Execution was at a high level on the offensive end. Defensively just need to keep working fundamentally but this was great to see by this group!”
