Feeding South Dakota food distribution will be held Wednesday, December 30 at the Scotland Community Church at 8:45 a.m.; the Tyndall Fire Hall at 10:30 a.m. and at the Avon Fire Hall at 12 noon. The date has changed this month due to the Christmas holiday.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a change in regulations, you will be required to show your ID (driver’s license or ID card) to sign up to receive food as we must have a complete address for our paperwork.

This will continue to be a “drive-thru” distribution until further notice. Volunteers will be serving one box of food per household, with a limit of two households served per vehicle and a person from each household will need to be present to register to receive the food. Vehicles with a single person picking up food for more than one household will need to return to the end of the line to register the next household.

In order to protect the volunteers, PLEASE have your vehicle ready to accept the boxes so the volunteers do not need to move articles inside your vehicle in order to make room for the food boxes.
