Charles Mix VFW Auxiliary #3239 met on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Five members were present (Rose Bucholz, Carla Pesicka, Ardie Lantz, Marilyn Larson and Sue Schultz). The books were audited for July, August and September.

President Carla called the meeting to order. Opening Prayer was recited. Pledge to the Flag was given. Roll Call of Officers was given. Pro Tem Officers were appointed. Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer's Report was given and filed for audit. Presentation of bills were reviewed.

General Orders #4 were read and filed. President Mary's Notes for October were read. Committee Reports were given for Kitchen Chairman, Membership and Veterans Support.

Unfinished Business: Tyra Medicine Horn will be the Military Ball candidate sponsored by VFW Auxiliary #3239.

New Business: The Veterans Day Dinner will be Saturday, November 10th.

Report of Trustees: Motion made by Marilyn that the bills be allowed and audit approved. Seconded by Rose. Motion carried.

Coin March was held. Meeting closed according to Ritual. Sue Schultz won the door prize.
