ANDES CENTRAL FIFTH GRADERS SHINE IN THE CLASSROOM

By
Ms. Neill And Ms. Reck

The fifth graders at Andes Central have been hard at work learning new skills and showing great progress this fall. In math, students explored several ways to solve two-digit by two-digit and two-digit by larger-digit multiplication problems. Each student tried different strategies and chose the one that worked best for them. Their hard work has paid off with impressive improvement all around!

In English Language Arts, students have been writing personal narrative stories, sharing creative and meaningful experiences from their own lives. The classroom has been full of imagination and excitement as these young writers bring their stories to life.

We are proud of the dedication and growth shown by their fifth-grade class. The future looks bright for these hardworking students at Andes Central!
