Avon traveled to Bon Homme Thursday, February 6 where the suffered the tough loss 53-68. Aziah Meyer and Al'Shamon Gunter were the players in double-digits with Meyer scoring 19 and Gunter 15.

What a great day of wrestling! The Wagner boys placed 7th out of 17 teams and two champions were crowned! Gannon Knebel 190 Champion and Frank Krcil 106 Champion. Gannon Knebel also earned his 150th career win! Great job boys!

The Lady Raiders hosted the Hanson Beavers last Tuesday night in girls basketball action. The game was slow to heat up as the Raiders took on an early 5-3 lead and then increased it to 14-7 going into the second quarter.

Wagner played Hanson Tuesday night in Wagner. This game was a battle of the two top teams in region 5. The score was close throughout the entire game, with Hanson leading 13-10 after the first period and 31-26 at half time.
