Wagner hosted its middle school track meet this past Monday, May 5. We have approximately 70 kids out in grades 6-8. It’s nice that that many young kids out for track and field. Hopefully they are enjoying the experience and will continue with it as they mature.

Boys & Girls Club’s Youth of the Year, Hunter Lhotak, recently took another step in his mission to teach valuable life lessons through sports by collaborating with the Mount Marty Lancers Football team to co-host a football camp for young boys.

Wagner Varsity Red Raiders secured the win over the Parkston Trojans, 6-5 on Thursday 5/1 at Wagner. Parkston got on the board in the first inning after an error scored one run.

The bottom of the lineup helped the Lady Pirates capture an 11-4 victory over Viborg/Hurley on Friday. Abby Gretschmann and Brielle Voigt combined for four of the team's eight hits in the victory. Voigt collected three hits in three at bats in the win.
