PROVERBS 1:10 "My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not."(KJV)

No temptation to fall into sin ever comes from God. Those who are trying to get you to do something that you know is against God, are following the leadership of Satan.

When this happens the Scripture in JAMES 4:7,8 tells you what you should do, "Submit yourselves therefore unto God. Resist the devil (consent not) and he will flee from you. Draw nigh (close) to God and He will draw nigh (close) to you."(KJV)

1CORINTHIANS 10:13 "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer (or allow) you to be tempted above (more than) that ye are able: but will with the temptation also make a way to escape (His Grace) that you will be able to bear it." (not consent to it) (KJV).

As we are God's children, there is never a time that we have to do something that is ungodly.

We have a free will to choose what we will do in any circumstance, right or wrong.

God is always with us, He is omnipresent, which means everywhere all the time. He sees what we are doing or about to do and gives us His grace to choose the right thing.

He will never allow Satan's temptations to be against you more than He and you cannot overcome. So we can see that we only sin when we reject God's grace to not sin.

For when we do sin God has mercy on us. 1JOHN 1:9 "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."(KJV)

This means that if we realize that we have sinned against God and confess them, He will forgive the sins confessed, but this only works if we sincerely confess them and truly intend to not do them again. God knows your heart. He knows your sincerity. So don't you feel that you should sincerely confess your sins daily?
