WAGNER TRACKSTERS FIRST MEET AT PARKSTON

On Tuesday, April 8, Wagner’s track and field athletes traveled to Parkston to compete in their first meet of the season.

BOYS

Wagner had two champions this day, both by the boys, and both in field events.

Shea Kjeldgaard leapt 6’0” in the high jump while Jesse Zephier traveled a distance of 41’ 3” in the triple jump. Jesse’s jump landed him in 6th place on the Wagner leader board.

Other placers for the boys were: Shot Put: Parker Petry- 40’ 6” (5th) Long Jump: Brayden Kreber- 19’ 10” (4th), Javian Pesicka- 19’ 9 ½” (5th) Triple Jump: Jackson Rolston- 38’ 3 ¼” (5th) Javelin: Javian Pesicka- 137’ 6” (3rd)

100 Hurdles: Jackson Rolston- 17.73 (2nd)

800 Relay: Payne Petry, Shea Kjeldgaard, AJ Kotab, Beau Otte- 1:43.01 (6th)

1600 Run: Grady Bartunek- 5:18.21 (3rd)

400 Relay: Jackson Rolston, Shea Kjeldgaard, Javian Pesicka, Brayden Kreber- (46.73)

200 Dash: Brayden Kreber- 24.94 (3rd), Jackson Rolston- 25.67 (6th)
