In Game one of pool play, the Elite ran into a touch SD players 12U team and lost by a score of 21-1. In Game two the Elite fell to the the Brandon Valley Blitz by a score of 12-2. Leading hitters for the Elite were Stella Ratzlaff with one hit and Johanna Namminga with one hit. The Elite pulled out a win in the third game of the day by a score of 8-6 over the Hartford Sliders. Leading hitters for the Elite were HarperKrachtwithatripleand double and Shaeleigh Grant withadouble.ByrkleeRanek added single with two RBI’s. Emersyn Haenfler picked up the wind on the mound.

On Sunday the Elite entered Bracket play with only nine players. In Game one against the Sanford 12U white, the Elite pulled off an exciting 10-8 win by scoring the winning runs in the last inning. Emersyn Haenfler led the inning off with a single, followed by a walk to Macy Haynes. Harper Kracht drovebothinforwith a double sealing the win for the Elite. Harper picked up the win by striking out three in three innings of work. In game two the Elite also won in walk off style vs. the SD Bravesbyascoreof 12-11.The Elite were aided by ten walks inthegame.ThatputtheElite in the championship of the Silver divison. However, the Elite ran out of gas and fell to the TSC Avalanche 11-1. Overall the Elite finished 3-3 in the tournament and were runner up in the silver division.
