Randall Community Water District recently received the 2019 AE2S Nexus Utility Rate Survey. An environmental and civil engineering and consulting firm that primarily serves water, wastewater and water resource systems, AE2S completes an annual survey of cities and rural/regional water system throughout the upper Midwest (Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota).

Randall Water took part in the annual compilation of system rate charges. The rate charges include the fixed charge for service and the total cost to customers for 6,000 gallons. RCWD is very proud to inform its consumers that we have the lowest monthly rate for 6,000 gallons of water in the state of South Dakota as well as the Midwest Region.

Randall Water continues to make improvements throughout our system, while maintaining the lowest possible water rate. RCWD appreciates its staff and other team members who are essential part of serving quality water to our customers.
