NEDVED AWARDED HIGHER POWER SPORTS 'ADAM BORMANN' AWARD

The Higher Power Sports “Adam Bormann” Award is awarded each year to honor a Dakota Wesleyan University football player who shows exceptional leadership on and off the field; is a dedicated team player; a hard worker; shows toughness and grit; and represents himself, his team, his family and DWU in a way that makes everyone involved better. This year the award was presented to DWU senior football player, Preston Nedved.

The award is given by Tim Weidenbach, the Director of Higher Power Sports and Character Coach for the DWU football team. It is named in honor of Adam Bormann who starred on the field, in the classroom and in the community during his illustrious four-year career at DWU. Living out each day with the principles and expectations mentioned above and set forth by his Coach Ross Cimpl and the DWU football program.
