Dear Editor:

Was notified that their are new painters in the town of Wagner. No business person needs you paint the sides of our business. Do you kids have parents and did they give you the money to buy the paint or did you steal it from another business?

The problem begins at home and until such time as parents take responsibility for the children, the problems will continue. No free ride home from the police or the Wagner School system can set your kids on the right path. Children must learn their values from parents who are willing to provide proper guidance. To the parents of these kids, evidently your values are not very high if this is how disrespectful they are.
