The Wagner volleyball team traveled to Winner on Tuesday, October 22nd to face the Winner Warriors. Wagner lost in three sets with scores of 11-25, 21-25, and 24-26.

Freshman outside hitter Hannah Holzbauer led all hitters throwing down 9 kills, Ravyn Medricky added 7, and Brianna Fuchs had 6. Sophomore setter Braxton Nedved dished out 21 assists in the match. Medricky led the defense scrambling for 15 digs, Holzbauer picked up 14, and Libby Kotab added 12. Behind the service line Holzbauer earned 7 points and Bryle Link had 4. Up at the net Medricky put up 3 blocks while Holzbauer and Mateya Bruguier each put up 2. Nedved, Link and Fuchs each had 1 block on the night.

The JV went 3 sets and lost with scores of 14-25, 25-17 and 7-15. Middle hitters Brianna Fuchs and Ashtyn Bruguier each tallied 4 kills. Adara Hopkins earned 3 and Mateya Bruguier and Kylin Insko each had 2. Insko dished out 7 assists and Mila Hopkins had 6. M. Hopkins led behind the service line with 8 points/3 aces, M. Bruguier added 6 points/3 aces, and A. Hopkins had 5 points/2 aces. In the back court M. Hopkins and Hayden Knudsen each scrapped for 7 digs while Insko added 5. Ashtyn Bruguier had 1 stop in the match.
