Just Thought I'd Ask HOW'S YOUR FAITH?

By

MATTHEW 12:38-41 "Then certain of the Scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master we would see a sign from Thee. But He answered and said unto them, an evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: for Jonas was three days and three nights in the whales belly: so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. The men of Nenevea shall rise in judgement with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas: and behold, a greater than Jonas is here."(KJV)

The Scribes and Pharisees would not believe in Jesus even after they had seen Him perform many healing miracles. Yet they wanted to see more for themselves.

Today many people want to see for themselves that Jesus is the Son of God. So since they cannot actually see Him, they doubt that He exists.

Jesus promised to return for His believers over 2000 years ago, but He hasn't come yet. That doesn't mean that He isn't still coming, He is!

God promised a Redeemer in Genesis and it was over 4000 years later when Jesus came, a promise fulfilled.

It has only been just over 2000 years ago when He promised again that He would come.

We must be patient in waiting by faith in Him, that He is coming and will be right on time, God's time.

We must not be as the non-believers but by faith be believers.

Never doubt the promise of God as He always does as He says He will do.

If you are born again you were saved by faith in Him who forgave you and promised to take you to heaven, so by faith in Him, we believe He is coming, and the way the world is now, it could well be very soon.

How's your faith?
