WE WOULD DO BETTER

By

PROVERBS 30: 24-28 "There are four things which are little on the earth, but they are exceeding wise: The ants are people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer. The cronies (rock badgers) are but a frail folk, yet they make their houses in the rocks. The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them, by bands. The spider taketh hold with her hands, and is in king's palaces."(KJV)

All four that are mentioned in these five verses are doing just what they do because it is God's plan for them to survive.

We can all take a lesson from these four mentioned by realizing if they did not do what God had planed for them, they would perish.

When we think of the word "perish" it stands out.

God has a plan for every man born on earth. He loves all His creatures- even the four mentioned. But we know that God loves all those who are born in this world. JOHN 3:16 " For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."(KJV)

He loves the world (all mankind) so much that His plan for them is to love, honor and serve Him in this world and His reward for believing in His Son wouldgaineverlastinglifespirituallyin heaven and not perish or die spiritually on earth and miss out on everlasting life.

The ants doing as God has planed for them will be rewarded with meat in the summer.

The conies by following God's plan are being rewarded safety in their houses in the rocks.

The locusts by following God's plan are being rewarded by being protected falling in bands from predators.

The spider following God's plan are rewarded by being able to catch and live off their catch and also being able to live in king's palaces.

Man by following God's plan for him will be rewarded with sins forgiveness, God's mercy, becoming a Born Again

Child of God and everlasting life with Him in heaven.

It seems that if the little creatures are willing to follow God's plan and service that man should follow God's plan and be saved.

Don't you think we would do better to follow God's Plan?
