JOHN 15:4,5 "Abide in me and I in you. As a branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine: no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: he that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit."(KJV) There are many people who claim to be Christians who have never ever told anyone how they were saved by the blood of Jesus. Not once have they told some one else how because of God's love and Jesus suffering and death would give them a chance to go to heaven even if they had been a serious sinner all their life, God will forgive them.

People who claim to be Christians and have not told anyone else are a poor walking testimony of what they are claiming.

If you can walk by a relative or a stranger and not in your heart realize they are hell bound unless you tell them how to avoid hell by believing and trusting Jesus as their Savior and you keep on walking without mentioning salvation through Jesus, you are only a Christian by name and not by your deeds.

It does not cost anything to tell them, but if you do not tell them it could cost them eternal death in hell because they don't know better.

So what if they will not listen? You have fulfilled what God wanted you to do by telling them. They have a free will to listen and accept what you say about salvation, or they can reject what you say, the choice is theirs. You did your part by obeying your commission to "go".

If you are a Christian you will get some results. " I can do all things through Christ which strengthenest me."(KJV) But if you are just playing a part of Christianity, you will find out that the last part of JOHN 15:5 will be what you get done for the Lord, "..for without me ye can do nothing."KJV) Are you a faithful Christian or are you just playing a part of Christianity?
