WHAT WILL YOU BE GOING?
Spring time is a wonderful time of the year. It seems that everything has received a message from God saying wake up, it is time to rise again. All the trees, grass and flowers just seem to perk up to the message from God This time of year brings about the Biblical account of the most important day that we celebrate this month and that is the miracle of the resurrection of Jesus Christ alive from the grave. He was dead for three days and three nights and by His own power He arose from the grave. The Son of God was alive again and lives today at the right hand of God the Father in Heaven. Jesus was totally obedient to God's plan for all mankind. To die for sins punishment for all who repented of their sins and believed in Him. We see all around us the resurrection of the trees that were dead all winter, coming back to life. The flowers poking up from the buried seeds to become beautiful flowers. The grass springs back and all of this happening during the Spring season all in remembrance of the most important resurrection ever. In MATTHEW is a recording of this resurrection day in MATTHEW 28:5,6 "And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for He is risen, as He said, Come, see the place where the Lord lay.."(KJV) MARK 16:6 "And he saith unto them, be not affrighted: ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified: He is risen; He is not here; behold the place where they laid him."(KJV) LUKE 24:6 "He is not here, but is risen:(KJV) Not only do we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ but all God's creatures also show that His resurrection was a beautiful day but all the trees, flowers, grass bring out the beauty as well. This day is celebrated all around the world. Let us remember to spend time in church thanking Him for all that He has done for us and for all that He is still doing for us. He preached our way to heaven was through Him and sealed His work by raising from the dead. What will you be doing on Resurrection Sunday? Just Thought I'd Ask
