M ARK 10: 13-15 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them. And his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
But when Jesus saw it he was much displeased and said unto them, suffer (let) the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for as such is the Kingdom of God.
Verily I say unto you whosoever shall not receive the Kingdom of God as a little child, shall not enter therein.
A little child will take what they heard as truth, because you say so, and they will believe you in blind faith.
Jesus is saying that belief in Him is like a little child, even though we have never seen Him, we believe in Him, because we have been told about Him, and our faith in Him in founded on God's Word.
It is by grace through faith that we are saved.
Jesus says if a person who has heard the Word of God and does not have faith in God's Word--won't have faith in Jesus, not even as a child would, shall not enter into the Kingdom of God.
It is true faith that enables a person to believe and to trust the Word of God which leads to their salvation.
So Jesus is saying that without faith as a child would have, they cannot be saved.
Sometimes Jesus indicates that it doesn't take much faith to begin with (such as a mustard seeds) but over time and this person grows in grace stronger, their faith becomes stronger and that is what the Kingdom of God is like.
Everyone gets there by believing in the Saving power of the blood of Jesus--must have faith as a child---no doubting.
Is your faith in Jesus not doubting.
