MARK 10:45 "For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister: and give his life a ransom for many."(KJV)

This is a short but very important scripture to which we should give full attention.

Jesus did not come to the earth to have earthly teachings and traditions taught to him.

Jesus was and is the Son of God and knew fully well what was taught at the time.

This scripture makes us think of the many false teachings that are all around us today.

Jesus said He came to minister. This lets us know that Jesus had a mission to do as an obedient Son of God. That mission was to tell of the Father's love for all mankind, about His great mercy to forgive all whom He will, and that the Father sent His only begotten Son to be sacrificed on an old rugged cross,to bleed and die. Believing on Him for a person's salvation.

Believing on Him as your personal Savior through repentance and confession will bring everlasting life.

As Jesus said He came to minister, to teach His disciples and send them out to bring the world His message. Regardless of all the earthly methods taught then and even now, His message for anyone to enter into heaven is found in JOHN 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. "(KJV)

Jesus came and died and rose again and proved He is the Son of God and no one can go to the Father unless they go through Jesus.

Now there are those who refuse to believe Jesus, but some other way. They will be unfortunately shocked when their other way was not sufficient and they are turned away.

We are to continue His message as long as we can. They must be saved God's way, it is the only way.
