PSALM 64:10 " The righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and shall trust in Him; and all the upright in heart shall glory." (KJV)

PSALM 68:3 "But let the righteous be glad, let them rejoice before God; let them exceedingly rejoice."(KJV)

PSALM 97:12 "Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous: and give thanks at the remembrance of His holiness."(KJV)

We find in these three scriptures, as well as many more, righteous people are recommended to rejoice in the Lord, to be glad in the Lord, and remember His Holiness.

The righteous ones being spoken of in these three scriptures are those who have heard the Gospel, believed the Word of God, confessed their sins with repentance and have asked for mercy and are saved.

These folks should rejoice in the Lord, He is their refuge and strength in time of trouble.

We are living in a time of trouble world-wide. Evil is spoken of as good and good is spoken of as evil.

There is a refusal of God and His will. Disobedience to God's requests and denial of God's Word are prevalent. Sin is rampant in all forms and consequences. All over the world denial of God has caused the world wide trouble. This pandemic is world wide.

The righteous should be glad and be rejoicing in the Lord.

In the old Testament recording of the world wide flood was caused by the world denying the Lord, causing the Lord to flood the earth and start over.

Then things were better for years until people again rejected the Lord, just like before the flood. Then Jesus came and things got better for a while. Now years since He came to give mankind another chance to love, honor and to serve Him, we are in another pandemic.

God is in charge. He sees all things and He knows the hearts of man are evil continually.

The righteous should be glad for His promise is eternal life to all those who are saved.

The rest of the world population are expecting things to get better, but as long as God is left out of their actions and wants, it is not going to get better.

The best thing for them to do is to trust the Lord and receive salvation before God decides to destroy the earth and all unrighteous folks with it.

As bad as it all seems now God knows what is going on. He is in charge, with all the evil in the world, God will be the Victor.

It is up to the righteous people to tell the others of salvation thru Jesus Christ before it is too late for them to trust in Him.
