FARMERS MARKET WRAPS UP ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL S

Wagner Area Farmers Market came to a close in October after a summer of community fun! The year began with a huge change as the market was moved from Wagner City Park to Wagner Lake due to road construction and dust. It kicked off in the first week of June with a well-attended event that included live music, and the annual Wagner Area Chamber of Commerce Customer Appreciation Meal. In the 2025 season the market was able to bring a wide variety of different homemade or homegrown goods to the Wagner area customers such as vegetables, homemade sourdough, carving pumpkins and squash, Mexican inspired sweet treats, home grown beef, jams and jellies, and delicious desserts. Vendors present throughout the year were Black Ink Farms, Blue American Meats, Milky Treats by Alexis, Edna Lehman, Jeanne Uherka, and Kyle and Angela Deurmier. Best sellers at the market this year included Jeanne Uherka’s flavored sourdoughs, Theresa Fink’s blueberry rhubarb jam, Infinity Farm’s Kohlrabi, and Kyle Duermier’s sweet corn. If you didn’t get a chance to attend the market in 2025 we hope to see you back at Wagner Lake in 2026!
