The Avon Pirates traveled to Burke on Tuesday, November 5th to start off Region Volleyball action facing off against Andes Central/Dakota Christian. The girls had agreat night to take the win 3-1.

Brielle Voigt was dig leader with 15, Lexi Vanderlei had 13, Rilyn Thury had 12 and Lila Vanderlei had 10.

On the defense, Kaeli Wallinga had 2 blocks and Rilyn Thury had 1.

On the offense, Rilyn Thury had 18 kills and Lila Vanderlei had 14. Brielle Voigt had 33 set assists for night and Lexi Vanderlei had 2 ace serves.
